This Shipping Policy applies to physical products purchased through SacrificeDivinity.
Order Fulfillment
Items purchased on this Site fall into the following categories:
Books: Copies of books purchased through the link on our Site are sold and fulfilled directly by our print-on-demand partner, IngramSpark. Once you click through to purchase, your order, payment, shipping, and delivery are handled entirely by IngramSpark, and their shipping policies and timelines will apply to that order.
Merchandise (if applicable): Other items sold directly through this Site are processed and shipped by us or by our fulfillment partner.
Orders for merchandise sold directly on this Site are typically processed within 2-5 business days of purchase. Processing times may be longer during holidays or high-demand periods.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and your location.
At this time, we only ship within United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. If your shipping address is outside our supported region, your order may be canceled and refunded.
**Note: This restriction applies to items shipped directly by us. Our print-on-demand partner may have its own, separate shipping availability for book orders, including possible international options — please check their site for details.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available. For book orders fulfilled by IngramSpark, tracking information will come directly from them.
Order Issues (Refunds and Returns)
If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is significantly delayed, please contact us at sacrificedivinity@proton.me within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
**For book orders fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, please refer to their support process for lost or damaged shipments.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue.
At this time, we do not accept returns for products bought directly from this Site, under any circumstance.
Refunds may be issued, with proof, in the case of of damaged or wrongfully sent items that were purchased directly from this Site. We cannot refund for book orders purchased through IngramSpark, though we can do our best to assist in the process if necessary.

If the refund request is accepted and proof of damage, or missing/wrong items is received, allow up to 10 business days for us to issue your refund to your provided source.
